Poslední vývoj možností využití BIM ve výrobě oceli a názorné příklady ze soutěže Tekla Model. Poreferuji o významném vývojovém procesu probíhajícím ve výrobní automatizaci ocelových konstrukcí za použití BIM. Tekla: výroční soutěž 2013 přinesla velmi zajímavé projekty.
Recent developments of BIM use in Steel fabrication, and some BIM cases from Tekla Model competition. There is very significant development going on in using model based information for fabrication automation in the Steel fabrication domain that I will refer. Tekla:s annual model competition for 203 has recently ended with very interesting projects.

Leif Granholm se zabývá vývojem BIM softwarů již od roku 1979, kdy začal pracovat pro společnost Tekla nejdříve jako programátor, poté jako IT manager, obchodní zástupce, senior konzultant, technický ředitel. Také byl výkonným ředitelem švédské dceřiné společnosti a měl odpovědnost za podnikání Tekly ve stavebním průmyslu v severských a pobaltských zemích. Leif se též podílí na plánování BIM strategie, její implementace a podpory. Je strategickým reprezentantem společnosti Tekla v BuildingSMART, Trimble corporations, OGC a dalších technických komisích ISO.
Mr.Leif Granholm has been involved with the development of BIM related software since 1979, when he joined Tekla as Programmer, then IT Manager, Sales Representative, Senior Consultant, Technology Director and Director for both Public Infra and Energy/Utilities Business Area. He has also worked as Managing Director for the Swedish Subsidiary and been responsible for Tekla’s construction industry business in the Nordic and the Baltic countries. Leif also participates in the planning of Tekla’s BIM strategy, implementation and support. He is Tekla’s strategic level representative in BuildingSMART and Trimble corporations representative in OGC and a number of ISO Technical Committees.
