Anotace / Annotation
V příspěvku bude představena činnost první pracovní skupiny Odborné rady pro BIM – „BIM & Standardy a legislativa“. Tato skupina vznikla v první polovině letošního roku a jejím cílem je aktivně podporovat zavedení metodiky BIM do české stavební praxe. Prvním krokem je sepsání „BIM Příručky“, která shrnuje obecné informace o BIM. Příručka by měla sloužit pro pochopení BIM obecně i z hlediska jednotlivých profesí. V tomto směru je velmi přínosné, že jednotliví členové pracovní skupiny pocházejí z různých odvětví stavebního průmyslu a používají pro svoji práci různé nástroje. Proto si troufáme tvrdit, že je příručka nezávislá. Zároveň jsou v ní zmíněny kromě pozitivních přínosů i komplikace a problémy, které mohou nastat při použití BIM. Cílem není propagovat žádný SW, ani prodávat služby, což se v současnosti děje velmi často a zastiňují se tím jiné, důležitější aspekty informačního modelování jako procesu, který může pomoci transformovat české stavebnictví k lepšímu.
This paper presents work of a first working group of the Expert Council for BIM - "BIM & Standards and Legislation". This group was founded in the first half of this year and aims to actively promote the implementation of BIM methodology into Czech construction practice. The first step is writing a " BIM Handbook", which summarizes general information about BIM. This manual should be used for general understanding of BIM and also for individual professions. In this regard, it is very beneficial that the individual members of the working group came from different sectors of the building industry and use for their work different tools . Therefore we dare to say that this book is independent. There are mentioned besides the positive benefits also complications and problems that can occur when using BIM. The aim is not to promote any software or service to sell, which is currently happening very often and overshadowes other, more important aspects of information modeling as a process that can help to transform the Czech building industry to be better.
Životopis / CV
Martin Černý vystudoval na Fakultě stavební Vysokého učení technického v Brně obor geodézie. V rámci svého doktorského studia (již téměř dokončeného) se setkal s informačním modelováním budov na pracovní stáži ve Velké Británii. Tam pracoval pro profesora Stephena Lockleyho na Northumbria university. Mimo jiné se podílel na vzniku britské národní BIM knihovny (NBL) vývojem nástrojů podporujících otevřené standardy, především IFC. I po návratu do ČR v roce 2012 se nadále věnuje BIM jako Junior Researcher v Centru AdMaS na Fakultě stavební VUT v Brně, které reprezentuje v Odborné radě pro BIM. Pokračuje i ve spolupráci s Northumbria University a podílí se nadále na vývoji nástrojů pro tvorbu NBL směrem k otevřeným standardům a na dalších projektech. Zároveň se zabývá vztahem BIM a GIS a doufá, že se mu podaří díky tomuto spojení podpořit problematiku rozvoje chytrých měst a regionů.
Martin Černý graduated from geodesy at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. As a part of his Ph.D. studies (almost completed) he came to contact with building information modeling during his work placement in the UK. He worked there for Professor Stephen Lockley at Northumbria University. Among other things he contributed to creation of the British National BIM Library (NBL) by developing tools supporting open standards, in particular the IFC. Even after returning to the Czech Republic in 2012, he remains committed to BIM as a Junior Researcher at the Center AdMaS at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University in Brno, which he represents at the Professional Board for BIM. He continues in collaboration with Northumbria University and participates on development of the tools for creating NBL towards open standards and other projects. He also deals with the relationship between BIM and GIS and hopes that through this link he can support the issue of the development of smart cities and regions.
